Returns & Replacements Policy

At The Boring Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in our curated selection of hobby-grade drones and toys. If you have an issue with a product, this policy outlines our procedures for returns and replacements.


1. Defective on Arrival (DOA) or Damaged in Transit

We offer a direct one-to-one replacement for any product that is not working or is found to be defective when you receive it.

  • Notification Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • How to Report: Please contact our customer service team immediately. You will be required to provide evidence of the defect, such as clear photos or a video.

  • Resolution: Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for the defective product to be returned to us and send you a one-to-one replacement.

  • Refunds: In cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the defective item has been returned and inspected by our team.


2. Change of Mind Returns (7-Day Free Returns)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or store credit.

  • Return Period: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused, and brand-new condition. It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories fully intact.

  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not in its original, resalable condition. If a return is denied, the product will be shipped back to you.

  • Return Shipping: The customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

  • Refund Processing: Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email or call our customer service team to request a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Await Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack Securely: Ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


4. Exclusions

This return policy does not cover:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper assembly.

  • Products with missing components, packaging, or accessories.

  • Services that have already been rendered, such as our Drone Registration Assistance Service.
